Current projects investigate structural and functional brain alterations associated with repetitive subconcussive impacts in athletes. Advanced MRI techniques are used to evaluate long-term neurological consequences and improve injury prevention strategies.
Neurorehabilitation & Neuromodulation
Research evaluates modern neurorehabilitation strategies, neurofeedback, brain stimulation, and neuromodulation techniques for neurological recovery in children and adults following injury or neurological disease.
Advanced Neuroimaging
Projects utilize diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), functional MRI (fMRI), connectomics, tractography, and artificial intelligence to investigate brain connectivity, optimize surgical planning, and identify novel imaging biomarkers.
Scientific Collaboration
Research is conducted in collaboration with leading national and international universities, clinical centers, and research institutes.
