
Neurosurgeon, neuro-oncologist, and spine surgeon affiliated with the Department of Neurosurgery at the Children’s Hospital in Warsaw and the Faculty of Medicine at Łazarski University.
Clinical practice focuses on the diagnosis and surgical treatment of disorders of the central nervous system, with particular expertise in brain and spinal cord tumors in both pediatric and adult patients, spinal surgery, spinal cord injury, and neurorehabilitation. Particular interests include the long-term neurological consequences of head injuries in children and athletes, with emphasis on their impact on brain development, connectivity, and cognitive function.
Research focuses on the development of innovative therapeutic strategies in neuro-oncology, including cancer immunotherapy, CAR-T cell therapy, and advanced drug delivery technologies for the central nervous system, particularly convection-enhanced delivery (CED).
Author of numerous peer-reviewed scientific publications and principal investigator or co-investigator in research projects dedicated to advancing modern diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitation strategies for neurological disorders. Actively involved in national and international collaborations aimed at advancing neurosurgery, neuro-oncology, translational neuroscience, and regenerative medicine.
